What features do you find most valuable?
The storm alert is the most valuable feature for us, partly because you can react quickly to potential problems. But we also like the sentiment analysis, the context cloud, and the ability to find out trending hashtags.

Particularly spectacular was the search for hate posts on Twitter that we applied to a social project for a client as part of the “Black Lives Matter” movement. Brand24's analysis yielded important data sets and insights that we could use for our scientific research and subsequent campaigns against hate on the Internet.
